NEW ON BEYOND THE BID
I had a problem. The AI tool running my social media was putting out bland, generic posts. The kind you scroll right past.
So I didn’t fix it myself. I had my AI assistant fix it. In this week’s video, I show how I got three AI tools working together as a team.
The stack
The roadblock
Marblism doesn’t connect to other apps. No API, no direct link. When Instinct tried to get in, it hit a wall.
So I told Instinct to send the job to Claude. Claude opened its browser, logged into Marblism, and made the fixes itself.
If your software won’t connect, your AI can still walk in the front door.
How it works
Once it’s set up, the loop keeps getting better without me in the middle.

The weekly workshop also introduces our Contractor Operating System, a six-month cohort that builds six core systems into your business. It starts January 7, 2027. We’re taking 20 companies, and only one per trade in each area, so you won’t sit next to your competition.
Steal this for your company
You probably have one piece of software that doesn’t talk to anything else. An old estimating tool. A supplier portal. A permit site. That used to mean someone on your team copied info in by hand.
Not anymore. If a person can log in and click through it, an AI with a browser can too. Pick that one stubborn tool and start there.
Want help finding which of your tools to connect first? That’s exactly what the Diagnostic does.
