My Pinterest was a mess. Wedding planning pins sitting next to floor plans, logos, and schematics. Fine for browsing. Useless for pulling video content.

The setup
Instinct: My personal AI assistant, run from a WhatsApp thread.
Tela: A video platform with its own AI editor that pulls visuals straight from Pinterest into a project.
Tela is only as good as what it’s pulling from. If your Pinterest is disorganized, it risks grabbing the wrong image for the wrong video. A floor plan where you wanted a logo.
What Instinct did
Audited the account. It went through every saved pin and sorted them into clear, logical folders.
Separated the noise. Personal pins stayed personal. Business visuals got their own space Tela could actually use.
Kept sourcing new content. It now scans my Pinterest homepage on its own, finding relevant logos and visuals and filing them in the right folder before I even think to look.
Your assistant doesn’t need a new skill to do this. It needs permission and a little direction.
The bigger point
Most people think of these messaging-app assistants, Instinct, ChatGPT’s Dots, Meta’s Muse, as glorified to-do lists. Book a reservation, set a reminder. That’s a fraction of what they can do. Give one access to an account and a clear goal, and it’ll find the bottleneck and start clearing it. On a schedule, without you asking twice.
